Jean’s over two decades of commercial real estate experience are centered on property repositioning and redevelopment. He is recognized in the industry for vision and perseverance in tackling complex, long-term projects.
Jean recently spearheaded the successful revitalization of 1.5 Million square feet of large scale commercial projects in Toronto and Montréal, and controlled or participated in all facets of the assets’ management and operations. A previous career in marketing/communications allows for novel thinking and discipline in repositioning strategies, establishing recognized, discerning identities, and fostering strong business, community and political relationships.
